Welcome to Bethany House.

Bethany House is a Christian foundation based in Calarasi in the South East of Romania. Our vision is to help orphaned, poor and abandoned children, and assist families when they are facing overwhelming poverty, death or crisis. Further, we pray that all who come to us will for help will come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, who promised never to leave or abandon us

With the help of like-minded people we have taken abandoned children off the streets and out of cold neglected orphanages; cared for the sick, hurting and abused; and have helped families buy houses and supported others to keep and care for what they have. In this once communist country, the economic situation is very hard, especially for the weakest and most vulnerable - The Children.

Buy a brick

Bethany House is only able to continue its work because of your generosity. Life in Romania is becoming increasingly expensive, particularly since entrance into the European Union. If you would like to help us keep Bethany House open, you can 'buy a brick' for $30 or make a monthly pledge.

Foundation Bethany House is a registered humanitarian foundation by the government of Romania. Children of Bethany House is a not for profit 501c(3) corporation and is a satellite of the Full Gospel Ministerial Fellowship, therefore your donation is fully tax deductible under US federal tax laws.
